Technology
Smart reefer units with redundant cooling, live monitoring, and atmosphere control, so a problem becomes an alert, not a loss.
Live satellite tracking with supply and return air temperature on the web portal. Set temps, controlled temps, and timed temps available, with a downloadable log on delivery.
Dual refrigeration units with automatic failover. Genset power supply keeps the unit running through vessel changes and inland legs, with no gap between port and door.
Active CA technology for extended shelf life. Precise control of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and ethylene keeps long-transit produce fresh for the full deep-sea voyage.
Full PTI certification on every container. Refrigeration, airflow, seals, and sanitation are tested and recorded before a single carton is loaded.
Industries
Each commodity has its own temperature, atmosphere, and paperwork. We match equipment and documentation to all three.
GDP compliance, validated 2-8Β°C stability
Controlled atmosphere, humidity control
Super-freezing to -60Β°C capability
Multi-temperature zones, health certs
Equipment
Integrated refrigeration in every size. The 40' High Cube is the workhorse for palletized perishables.
Dense, heavy perishables
High-volume produce and frozen
Most booked, extra height for pallets
Pricing
One number on the quote, cold chain included. Everything below is rolled into the all-in rate unless it is called out as an add-on.
We quote everything up front. If something changes mid-transit (carrier GRI, port strike, additional handling) we email you a pre-approval before billing it.
Paperwork
Perishables carry a few documents dry cargo does not. Upload these in the portal and we handle the filing, flagging anything missing before it causes a hold.
Item-level breakdown: HTS codes, unit and total value, country of origin, incoterm. Used for customs valuation and duty.
Cartons, pallets, dimensions, gross and net weight per line. Matches the commercial invoice line-for-line.
Your setpoint, ventilation, humidity, and any controlled-atmosphere spec. We confirm it in writing and program the unit to it.
Issued by the origin agriculture authority. Certifies the cargo is pest-free and meets the import country's plant-health rules.
Issued by the origin health authority for animal products. Required for clearance and often for FDA or USDA review.
Importer Security Filing due 24h before the vessel loads. We file as your agent, you provide the 10 data elements.
Trade Lanes
A sample of the perishable corridors we move every week. Rates are live and commodity-specific, so we quote your lane on request.
